Back in high school, English was my favorite subject, even though I wasn’t exactly up to par. It fascinated me because it offered a window into different cultures and perspectives. Little did I know, that interest would eventually shape my career. 

Despite my enthusiasm for the subject, the traditional approach to learning—heavy on exams and rote memorization—left a little to be desired. I’ve always believed that a more hands-on, practical method would be far more effective in helping students truly get the hang of English. 

After earning my degree in English Studies, I landed an entry-level job as an English teacher. Teaching quickly became more than just a profession; it turned into my passion. Helping students improve their communication skills and watching them grow in confidence is incredibly rewarding. Beyond that, teaching has allowed me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, which I truly enjoy. 

While education may not always be the most lucrative field, the transferable skills I’ve gained—such as adaptability, communication, and problem-solving—have been invaluable. I’m committed to continuously improving, earning new certifications, and developing courses that make learning English more engaging and effective. Staying tenacious in this journey ensures that both my students and I keep progressing together.
