STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENGLISH2IMPACT SERVICES

1. Introduction

Welcome to English2impact. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services in Vietnam. By enrolling in either Coaching Mode or Self-Study Mode, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

Coaching Mode

  • Personalized English coaching for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

  • Options include:

    • One-on-one coaching

    • Group classes

    • Online or in-person sessions

  • Focus on English communication skills and practical application.

Self-Study Mode

  • Access to structured learning materials, including recorded lessons, handouts, and practice exercises.

  • Flexible learning pace without live coaching.

  • Designed for independent learners who prefer self-guided study.

3. Enrollment and Payment

  • Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Fees must be paid in advance as per the pricing listed on our website or communicated via email.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless specified under the refund policy (see section 5).

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Coaching Mode

  • Sessions are scheduled based on mutual agreement between the coach and the student.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify will result in a forfeited session without refund.

  • In case of emergency cancellations by the coach, students will be offered a make-up session at no additional charge.

Self-Study Mode

  • No scheduling required. Learners may access materials at their convenience.

  • As content is available on-demand, cancellations are not applicable.

5. Refund Policy

  • Full refunds are available if the student withdraws within 7 days of enrollment, provided no coaching sessions have been attended (Coaching Mode) or no materials have been accessed (Self-Study Mode).

  • After 7 days, partial refunds may be issued based on the number of sessions completed (Coaching Mode) or materials accessed (Self-Study Mode).

  • No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course has been completed.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Students must maintain professionalism and respect during coaching sessions.

  • Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

  • For Self-Study Mode, learners must use materials responsibly and ethically.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including handouts, videos, and recorded lessons, are the intellectual property of English2impact.

  • Redistribution or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information, including contact details and any information shared during sessions, will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as test results or proficiency improvements.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service paid.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

11. Amendments

  • English2impact reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.

  • Students will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.

By enrolling in Coaching Mode or Self-Study Mode, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
